G5キャンプの様子を外国人担任によるレポートで紹介します。

In this photo the guide taught the students about the moss that grows in the area. He encouraged them to touch it and feel how soft it was. The students were surprised by its softness and really enjoyed running their fingers through it.

（先週のキャンプで森の中にハイキングに出かけた時、子どもたちは、ガイドさんに森の中に生えているコケについて教わりました。実際に触ってみるとものすごく柔らかくて、気持ちが良いことに、子どもたちはびっくりしていました。）

The students had the opportunity to craft their very own recycled PET bottle terrariums to take home. They collected stones, soil, moss, and local vegetation to create a unique scene. They had a lot of fun expressing their decorative preferences and giving design advice to each other. We hope they continue to enjoy and care for their mini ecosystems for a long time! 

（キャンプの間、子どもたちは森の中で集めた石や土、植物をつかって、ペットボトルのテラリウムを作りました。それぞれが工夫を凝らし、お互いにアドバイスもしながら、自分だけのテラリウムをたのしみました。お家に帰っても、自分で作った小さなエコシステムを大切にしてくれているといいなと思います。）
