G1 Class Meeting（1年生のクラス会議）
At LCA, class meetings happen quite frequently in each class from G1 to G6. Students learn to express their opinions constructively and listens to their classmates’ opinions actively through these meetings. We usually form a circle to have a meeting so everyone feels that they are respected member of their class community.
（LCAでは、1年生から6年生まで、クラス会議を行うことを奨励しています。クラス会議を通して、子どもたちは建設的に意見を述べることとほかの人の意見にきちんと耳を貸すことを学びます。円になって会議を行うことで、先生も含めた全員が、クラスの大切なメンバーであることを確認します。）
